2. Eligibility

  • KYC documents must be submitted when required.

Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration

  • Users must register with a valid mobile number and email address.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Do not share your password or OTP with anyone.

All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility.

4. Payments & Transactions

  • All transactions are processed at the user’s responsibility.

  • SSLPay is not responsible for incorrect details entered by the user.

  • Successful transactions are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

  • In case of technical failure, issues will be reviewed and resolved as per company policy.

5. Charges & Commission

  • Agents/Distributors will receive commissions as per company policy.

  • SSLPay reserves the right to modify charges or commission structures at any time.

  • Service fees may be non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Engaging in fraudulent transactions

  • Conducting illegal activities

  • Attempting to hack or manipulate the system

  • Misusing the company’s name or brand

Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

7. Intellectual Property
