Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by SSLPay Private Limited (“SSLPay”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through www.sslpays.in and related platforms.
By using our services, you agree to this policy.
1. General Policy
SSLPay provides digital financial and utility services. Due to the nature of digital transactions, most services are processed instantly and cannot be cancelled once initiated.
Refunds will be processed only in specific cases as mentioned below.
2. Cancellation Policy
Once a transaction (Recharge, Bill Payment, Money Transfer, AEPS, etc.) is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled.
Transactions that are already submitted to banking or service partner networks cannot be reversed.
Users are advised to verify all details before confirming payment.
SSLPay shall not be responsible for incorrect details entered by the user.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
A. Failed Transactions
If the amount is deducted but:
The transaction fails, or
The service is not delivered
The refund will be processed after verification.
B. Duplicate Payment
If a user is charged twice for the same transaction due to technical error, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.
C. System Error
In case of technical or server error from SSLPay’s end, the refund will be initiated after internal investigation.
4. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days.
In some cases, it may take up to 10 working days, depending on banking channels.
Refund will be credited to the original payment method or wallet balance.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following may not be eligible for refund:
Successful mobile/DTH recharge
Successful bill payments
Commission or service charges
Registration or activation fees
Any promotional or discounted services
6. Agent / Distributor Wallet Refund
Wallet balance is non-refundable once loaded.
In case of account termination due to policy violation, wallet balance may be forfeited.
Refund requests for wallet disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you believe there is an incorrect deduction:
Contact customer support within 48 hours of the transaction.
Provide transaction ID, date, and payment details.
Failure to report within the specified time may result in rejection of the claim.
